💰 Salary: MMK 700,000 – 1,000,000 + Commission
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM


📝 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across product categories such as Auto Parts, Machinery Parts, Tools, Hydraulic Components, FMCG, and Agriculture Equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, managing the sales team, developing customer pipelines, and driving growth through both offline and digital channels.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and field representatives

  • Develop monthly/quarterly sales targets and monitor KPIs

  • Create and execute sales campaigns, pricing strategies, and product promotions

  • Identify and pursue B2B and retail customer acquisition opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and operations to align sales goals

  • Regularly report on sales performance and forecasting to top management

  • Train and mentor junior sales staff for continuous improvement

  • Visit key clients or partners when needed to close large deals


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role

  • Proven track record in retail, distribution, or product-based sales

  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Familiar with B2B and channel sales

  • Fluent in Burmese; English is a plus
