Win Store Co., Ltd. (“Win Store”, “we”, “us”) is committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation (except Cash on Delivery).

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

  • If any item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, waiting period, or refund.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment.

  • Estimated delivery time within Myanmar is 2–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.


📍 Delivery Address Changes

  • Delivery address changes are allowed before dispatch only.

  • Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not guaranteed.


📦 Tracking

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared (if available) to monitor shipment progress.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier service.


❗ Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after courier investigation.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
