Payment Questions Answered

How do I send proof of payment?
You can send proof of payment via Viber, Facebook Messenger, or email to support@winstores.com. Simply take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and send it to us. We usually verify payments within 1–2 hours during business hours.
When is my order confirmed?
After we verify your payment, usually within 1–2 hours during business hours (9AM–9PM, Mon–Sun). If you pay outside business hours, we will confirm your order first thing when we open. You'll receive an order confirmation message via Viber or Facebook.
Can I pay in installments?
Currently, installment payments are not available for online orders. However, if you are a registered business, contractor, or bulk buyer, we offer special payment terms on our B2B account. Please contact our B2B team at support@winstores.com or call 09 5105768 for more information.
What if I overpay or underpay?
Contact us immediately at 09 5105768 via call or Viber, or message us on Facebook. We will resolve any payment discrepancies the same day. If you overpay, we'll issue a refund or credit. If you underpay, we'll let you know the amount due and can arrange immediate payment.
