1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice)
  • Returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery

3. How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Submit a Return Request

Contact us within 14 days of purchase via:

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1–2 business days.

Step 3 — Return the Item

Return the item to the nearest Win Store location or arrange a pickup (availability varies). Include your RA number and original proof of purchase.

Step 4 — Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Warranty Claims

Eligible products carry a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support.winstores.com.
