1. Delivery Areas
Win Store delivers to locations across Myanmar. Delivery availability and timelines vary by region:

2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order size at checkout. Fees are displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (MondayβSaturday, 9AMβ6PM)
- Orders placed after 12PM may be processed the following business day
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS once your order is processed
- A shipping notification will be sent when your order is dispatched
4. In-Store Pickup
You can pick up your online order free of charge at any Win Store location. To use in-store pickup:
- Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and choose your preferred branch
- You will be notified when your order is ready (usually within 2β4 hours)
- Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your order
- Orders are held for 3 business days β uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order using the Track Order link in our navigation menu or by contacting our support team.
6. Failed Delivery & Missed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, the delivery fee may not be refunded
- Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning the order
- Returned orders will be held for 3 days β please contact us to arrange re-delivery
- Re-delivery fees may apply for failed deliveries caused by the customer
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.winstores.com
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
