E-Commerce Sales Manager

🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM


📝 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to take charge of online sales across multiple digital platforms including our Shopify website, Facebook Shop, Viber Channels, and third-party marketplaces. You will develop sales strategies, manage online listings and promotions, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and ensure that online customer journeys are smooth, fast, and conversion-focused.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet monthly revenue goals

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across Shopify, social platforms, and other digital channels

  • Track sales performance, optimize conversion rates, and reduce cart abandonment

  • Lead a team of online sales assistants and coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and customer service

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior for decision-making

  • Plan and manage digital promotions (e.g., Flash Sales, 11.11, 12.12 campaigns)

  • Regularly prepare and present sales reports to management

  • Ensure excellent customer experience through efficient fulfillment and after-sales support


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Facebook Commerce, or WooCommerce

  • Strong understanding of online sales funnels, digital payments, and logistics coordination

  • Knowledge of customer acquisition through social media, search, and remarketing

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools

  • Fluent in Burmese; English is a plus
