All auto parts include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This does not cover damage from incorrect installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If a part fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging. If Win Store delivered the wrong part, we cover all return shipping costs. If the customer ordered the wrong part, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
