To be eligible for a return, ensure the item remains unused and is in the exact state you received it, including its original packaging. A purchase receipt or proof is essential to process your return. Refrain from returning the item directly to the producer. For items bought in-store or those collected/delivered from a store, returns can only be accepted at a store.
