Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description:
Win Store is looking for a driven and strategic Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales growth, team development, and brand presence within a designated region. This role involves managing sales performance, launching localized marketing campaigns, and supporting expansion initiatives like fulfillment store rollouts across townships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals

  • Oversee sales teams, shop supervisors, and local fulfillment operations

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze regional performance, and implement growth plans

  • Lead local promotions, events, dealer programs, and community campaigns

  • Identify high-potential areas to launch 2–3 fulfillment stores in the region

  • Work closely with marketing, warehouse, and head office teams

  • Build and maintain relationships with local clients, partners, and media

  • Submit regular sales and market performance reports to head office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in regional sales or marketing leadership

  • Experience in Auto Parts, FMCG, or Agriculture Product sectors preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot), and POS systems

  • Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel across the assigned region

  • Ability to work independently while aligning with company direction
