Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our company-wide human resources operations. You will oversee recruitment, compliance, training & development, employee relations, and HR policy implementation across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-spectrum HR operations, policies, and procedures

• Manage compliance with local labor laws and company policies

• Oversee payroll coordination, employee records, and attendance systems

• Implement employee engagement programs and internal communications

• Support department heads on performance reviews and development plans

• Handle grievance processes, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution

• Coordinate training programs and career path planning

• Collaborate with Recruiting Manager to optimize hiring pipelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mid- to senior-level HR role

• Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices

• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency with HR software/tools (Zoho One HR, Microsoft Excel, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong communication skills in both English & Myanmar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, logistics, or fast-paced service industries

• Familiarity with tools like Zoho Recruit, Airtable, or cloud-based HR platforms
